There are no dumb questions, unless they’re asked over and over again.
Here are some questions we get asked all the time. And by “all of the time” we mean “enough to give us dry mouth from answering them repeatedly.” Of course, if you have one that's not so frequent, go ahead and contact us.
Questions From Our Customers
• Where can I buy your cards?
Fondoodles cards can be found at a myriad of boutique stores across the U.S. and Canada, and our distribution list continues to grow each day. We are also actively developing a unique line for American Greetings, bringing the Fondoodles aesthetic and humor to even more people.
If there is a store you think Fondoodles would be the perfect addition to, let us know and we'll send them a catalog!
• How much do your cards cost?
Our cards are priced by the retailers who sell them, but typically retail for $3.50 and our card sets, the
MENvelope and
Check Book at $16.
• Do you sell anything other than cards?
We do sell a selection of other goods, including apparel, coffee mugs, magnets and bumper stickers. All of these products allow you to take Fondoodles' thought provoking and wittiness wherever you go and can be ordered directly through us.

• Do you print your cards in China?
We do not print our cards in China; rather our Canadian neighbors handle the majority of our printing, with some handled in the U.S.
• Do you have ecards?
We do not currently offer e-cards, but doing so within 2008 is certainly something we foresee. Right now we are enjoying the touch and feel printed cards bring to the Fondoodles sentiment.
• Where do you get your card ideas?
There really are hundreds if not thousands of places we get our inspiration from. New card ideas hit us from the shower to the subway, and everywhere in between. There really is no place that we don’t find some spark for a future idea.
• Do you buy greeting cards for your friends and family?
Uh, well… this is actually one of the perks as an entrepreneurial business owner… kind of like a baker can eat his own cookies; we get to sign and send our cards to friends and loved ones. Sometimes we even send them a card that they were the inspiration behind.
• What’s the favorite greeting card you’ve ever given or received?
We’re all about Celebrating Moments That Matter, so we feel that every moment deserves Fondoodles recognition. But we have found ourselves giving our Break Up and Workin’ 9 to 5 cards frequently, as they truly capture moments that are not traditionally recognized within the industry.
• Do you accept card ideas or art from freelancers or customers?
One of the joys of the creative process is that it lets us explore any idea and thought and the way we want to visually communicate it.
While we are certain that the people who buy our cards are extremely brilliant and witty, we are too concerned that you may end up with a nasty paper cut or stubborn pen ink stain from submitting an idea… so we’re going to play it safe and just decide that we don’t accept them.
• What is Doodz?
You mean who is Doodz…
Doodz is our mascot. Yep, he’s the skinny, big-headed guy that can always be found throughout our website. He’s one of us, you know, one of the good guys. Not only that, but when he’s in the mood, you can sometimes catch him saying something clever to you on the back of our cards. So don’t forget to flip the cards over to see if he’s got something to say.
• Why are all of your cards pre-signed Fondly?
We made the decision to pre-sign all of our cards with a sentiment that really can be used on and with anyone. Think about it- from your downstairs neighbor you think is kind of cute, to your Aunt Thelma whose birthday is the day after yours. No matter what the relationship, “Fondly” is a pleasant way to close a card and is perfect for any occasion.
